Prep Time: 20 minutes
Bake Time: 35 minutes

Foreplay: Preheat oven to 350° and spray your layer pans (two 9 inch rounds).
Main Event: Start by mixing your sugar and butter. Once fluffy, add in your egg white one at a time and vanilla. Followed by alternating your dry ingredients and champagne in three parts to keep mixture from curdling. Blend until smooth.
Climax: Place batter into pans and bake for 35 minutes.
Cuming Out: Let cool, place bottom layer on cake stand, frost with Champagne Frosting, add second layer and frost again. Top it of with decorations like colored sugar, pearls, or whatever strikes you.

3 C flour (all-purpose)

4 C powdered sugar
1/2 C champagne
1/4 C whole milk
1 T vanilla
