Peanut Butter and Jelly Cookie

Foreplay: Preheat the oven to 375 ° and spray the baking sheet well .

1/4 C brown sugar
1/2 C butter (room temp.)
2 Tbsp vegetable oil
1/4 C peanut butter
1 egg
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
2 C flour
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 C grape jelly (or your favorite- we love blackberry)
